Refund Policy

If a donor wishes to request a refund for a donation, the following terms will apply:

General Donations

Refund requests must be submitted within 7–10 days of the donation date along with valid proof of payment.

However, if the donated funds have already been used for a specific project during this period, the donation will no longer be refundable.

Qurbani Donations

Refund requests for Qurbani donations must be made at least 7 days before the Qurbani event.

Requests made after this deadline will not be accepted.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, donors must provide:

• A valid reason for the request
• Transaction ID
• Supporting payment information

Governing Law

By using this website, you agree that these Terms of Use and any disputes arising from them shall be governed and resolved under the laws of Bangladesh.

Policy Changes

Maneesha reserves the right to modify, update, revise, or amend these terms and policies at any time.

However, such changes will not apply retroactively to violations committed under previous versions of these terms.
